6. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
During the three months ended December 31, 2021, we accrued unpaid fees of $52,000 owed to our non-employee directors as of December 31, 2021. We also paid the relocation expenses, including a gross up for the expected income tax impact, of $200,041 in December 2021 for two senior executives that relocated to our headquarters as part of their employment arrangement.
